Directions
- add Sunday Sauce to a pot and warm on low until heated through
- add vodka and simmer on medium for 10 mins until alcohol is boiled off
- add heavy cream and simmer on low for another 10 mins.
- add your favorite Gnocchi or Pasta and toss to coat. serve immediately sprinkled with parmesan and basil. if your sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water until desired consistency.
