At The Sunday Sauce Company, LLC, we take great pride in crafting small-batch, bone marrow-infused tomato sauces with care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of taste preference, order mistakes, or general dissatisfaction.
However, we are committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging
- Let us know what went wrong
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened or unopened jars once shipped. This ensures the health and safety of all our customers.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received (please check with neighbors or your local carrier)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
