Directions

  1. collect 3 bowls. to first add egg/water mixture. to second bowl, add ap flour. to third bowl, add panko/breadcrumbs/oregano/paprika/salt/oil - mix well.
  2. take cut mozzarella cheese and dip it first in egg, then in ap flour, back into the egg and then finish the final coating in the panko/breadcrumb mixture.
  3. place in a pan or sheet tray in a single layer, cover and freeze for at least 45 min. can make ahead of time up to a week.
  4. spray generously with olive oil
  5. add to a 380-390 degree preheated air fryer and cook for 5 mins, checking to make sure they're not burning. may require 1 additional minute.
  6. remove, plate and serve with warm side of the the Sunday Sauce company original 76.
