The Sunday Sauce Society Subscription Terms

Subscription Structure
Subscribers choose their jar quantity (2, 4, or 6 jars), flavor selection, and delivery frequency. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled.

Billing & Renewal
Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected delivery frequency on the 15th of that month. Subscriptions continue until canceled by the customer.

Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed on the 15th of the month. Subscribers may modify flavors, quantities, redirect as a gift (via email), skip a shipment, or cancel up to five (5) calendar days prior to the monthly processing date on the 15th.

After the five (5) calendar days the modification window closes, orders will be finalized and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Timeline
Orders will ship and/or be delivered within 8–10 business days of billing.

Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account portal or by contacting thesundaysaucecompany@gmail.com prior to the processing deadline. Cancellations made after the processing deadline will apply to the following billing cycle.

Redirecting orders - gifting

Instead of canceling or pausing your order, you can choose to gift your delivery to a friend or family member. Shipping fees apply. It is the subscribers responsibility to email thesundaysaucecompany@gmail.com with the correct mailing address during the 5 business day window before processing with the correct name and address for the shipment redirect. The Sunday Sauce Company is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address information provided after the modification deadline.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perishable food products, subscription shipments are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
